1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using the Imperium Live website and platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the site immediately.

2. What the service is

Imperium is an algorithmic trading infrastructure platform. It provides access to proprietary strategies, a backtest engine, portfolio construction tools and a deployment layer to your own MetaTrader 5 account, together with educational content. This material is informational and educational. It does not constitute financial, tax, legal or investment advice, nor a personalized recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Accounts and access

Keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and must notify us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

4. Your capital stays yours

Your capital remains in your own brokerage account at all times. Imperium licenses strategy and execution technology; it never takes custody of, holds, or directly controls your funds, and it does not place discretionary trades on your behalf. You define your risk parameters and you remain responsible for every allocation decision.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site and platform (text, visuals, graphics, logos, videos, strategies, backtest data, systems and software) belongs to Imperium Systematic Solutions Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Any reproduction, distribution or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Usage restrictions

You agree not to:

• attempt to access the site, its servers or its data without authorization;
• automatically extract or copy content (scraping, bots, automated tools);
• disrupt the operation of the site or circumvent its security measures;
• redistribute, resell or sublicense the strategies or backtest data made available to you;
• use the site for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.

7. Forms and information collection

The forms on this site collect your contact details so we can process your application, communicate with you and deliver our services. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. No performance guarantee

Trading involves the risk of losing capital. Imperium guarantees no gain, profit, return or success rate. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Backtests and Monte Carlo simulations are models, not predictions. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and your accounts.

9. Testimonials

Any testimonials shown reflect the individual experience of their authors and are not representative of the results you may obtain. They are not a guarantee of performance.

10. Professional advice recommended

Imperium is not registered as an adviser or dealer with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), the SEC, FINRA or any other regulator. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified, independent professional before making any financial decision.

11. Fees and Founding Member terms

Founding Member pricing consists of a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly platform fee that scales with your account size. Founding Member fee tiers are locked and will not increase, even as post-launch pricing rises. Applying through the prelaunch form requires no payment; it reserves your place in the queue and is followed by a conversation with our team before any payment is made.

The site may contain links to third-party sites provided for reference. We exercise no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, products or practices.

13. Electronic communications

By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us (email, SMS, phone) about Imperium. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP, or by writing to us.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Imperium Systematic Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including trading losses, loss of data or loss of profits) arising from use of the site or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us over the preceding twelve (12) months.

15. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec (judicial district of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu), Canada and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec.
